A Brief History of Our Sites
These lands called as Inam. Total extent of the land was 5555.48 acres. The total extent of the land is existed in the areas of Yarada, Laavu thota, Mindi, Mulagada,Gajuwaka, Bayyavaram, and Devada of Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh.
Schedule: Boundaries of the land is East-Appikonda Village , West-Chupurupally Village North-Bollikonda Village , South- Sea .
It has so many survey numbers but we purchased some of the survey numbers lands only.
Origin of the land: The great extent of the land was total 5555.48 acres is given to Inams: they were 1.Darga Ansar Saheb 2. Darga Madeena Saheb. 2. Darga Mohammed Saheb by Alangheer Badusha 700 years ago.
The aim of this land given to said persons to maintain the DARGA (which is at Visakhapatnam area) daily with holy aspirations and forever by these 3 persons and or his followers, and they have to maintain the Darga from the revenue of the said land.
In the later course the Inamdars had given this land to Mokhasadars:

The above said Mokhasadars had given power of Attorney to the following persons:

- Peermullah
- Ranjan Ali.
The above said persons except Inams(they died long back) like Mokhasadars and GPA holders both together sold the some part of the land nearly 230 acres, survey No.s.31,35,36,110,130,162 to 169,181,182,212,217,233,397,398,417,418,440 to 444, 463 to 480, 485 to 489 ( Inam. TD.No.42 of Devada Village , Pedagantyada Mandal Visakhapatnam District) to the one real estate person. See Link Document
The real estate person total 230 acres plotted into 2300 plots each plot 300 square .yards and sold away to various persons which are registered in the Sub-Registrar office of the Visakhapatnam. See Registered Document
So many persons purchased house sites from the real estate person in the year of 1982-85.
Their future plan is to construct houses in the said sites. In the year around 1992 they heard news from news papers that, in that area where the persons having house sites, two big thermal power corporations like CBTPS (Coast Based Thermal Power Station) and NTPC are coming there to construct factories.
As soon as heard this news, those persons try to get the possession their sites, but when they approached to taking possession, they heard voice by the Land Acquisition officers “that these sites are belonging to the Government”.
These persons immediately formed an association and informed to the Government that “we are the rightful owners of the said sites”. The association has given representation to the Land acquisition officers, local MRO, District Collector and Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for possession, legality and justice, of their lands.
The association has been representing to the concerned but not yet heard a peace of positive reply from the Government.
We wish that we can win one day because our sites are registered and having genuine documents.
